目(mu)前現有的(de)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)砂(sha)(sha)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)線,都采用濕(shi)法生產(chan)(chan)(chan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝,成(cheng)(cheng)品(pin)砂(sha)(sha)經洗砂(sha)(sha)機后含水(shui)量(liang)較高(gao),細(xi)砂(sha)(sha)(0.16mm以下顆粒(li))流失嚴(yan)(yan)重,有的(de)甚至流失20%以上(shang),這不(bu)但損失嚴(yan)(yan)重,而且還(huan)嚴(yan)(yan)重影響砂(sha)(sha)子的(de)級配,造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)級配不(bu)合(he)理,細(xi)度(du)模數偏粗,大大降低了機制砂(sha)(sha)的(de)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)質量(liang),過多的(de)細(xi)沙排放(fang),還(huan)會造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)環境污染。隨著環境的(de)日益惡(e)劣,各(ge)地對排污行為加(jia)(jia)大了監管力度(du),以及(ji)基礎建設(she)加(jia)(jia)快造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)的(de)砂(sha)(sha)石需(xu)求的(de)加(jia)(jia)大,一體機廣泛運用于水(shui)電站(zhan)砂(sha)(sha)石骨科(ke)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)系(xi)(xi)統、玻璃(li)原材料(liao)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)系(xi)(xi)統、人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)制砂(sha)(sha)生產(chan)(chan)(chan)線、選煤廠(chang)粗泥煤的(de)回收及(ji)環保工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(泥漿(jiang)凈化)等成(cheng)(cheng)品(pin)砂(sha)(sha)的(de)脫水(shui)及(ji)細(xi)砂(sha)(sha)回收。
