目前現有(you)的人工(gong)(gong)砂(sha)(sha)產(chan)品(pin)線,都采用濕法生產(chan)工(gong)(gong)藝,成(cheng)品(pin)砂(sha)(sha)經(jing)洗砂(sha)(sha)機后(hou)含水(shui)(shui)量(liang)較高(gao),細砂(sha)(sha)(0.16mm以下(xia)顆(ke)粒)流(liu)失嚴(yan)(yan)重,有(you)的甚至流(liu)失20%以上,這不(bu)但損失嚴(yan)(yan)重,而(er)且還(huan)嚴(yan)(yan)重影響砂(sha)(sha)子的級(ji)配,造成(cheng)級(ji)配不(bu)合(he)理,細度(du)模數偏粗,大(da)大(da)降低了機制(zhi)砂(sha)(sha)的產(chan)品(pin)質(zhi)量(liang),過多的細沙(sha)排(pai)(pai)放(fang),還(huan)會(hui)造成(cheng)環境(jing)污染(ran)。隨著環境(jing)的日益惡劣,各(ge)地對(dui)排(pai)(pai)污行(xing)為加(jia)(jia)大(da)了監管力度(du),以及基礎建(jian)設(she)加(jia)(jia)快(kuai)造成(cheng)的砂(sha)(sha)石需求(qiu)的加(jia)(jia)大(da),一體(ti)機廣泛運用于(yu)水(shui)(shui)電站砂(sha)(sha)石骨科加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)系統(tong)、玻璃原材料加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)系統(tong)、人工(gong)(gong)制(zhi)砂(sha)(sha)生產(chan)線、選煤廠粗泥(ni)煤的回收(shou)(shou)及環保工(gong)(gong)程(泥(ni)漿凈(jing)化)等(deng)成(cheng)品(pin)砂(sha)(sha)的脫水(shui)(shui)及細砂(sha)(sha)回收(shou)(shou)。
